The purchase that customers made will be get ready and shipped within the 24-hour right after your order.
The purchase that customers made on Friday evening and all weekend will be great ready and shipped on the following Monday.
We ship our orders out from the warehouse in Istanbul and London. We are working with some of the international and top-quality shipping companies such as UPS and DHL.
We offer a 2-3 day delivery option to our customers who reside in the United Kingdom & United States of America.
Orders made from outside of the UK and US may take up to 5 business days for delivery. In general, our delivery reaches within weeks however, the overall period provided by the shipment companies is maximum 7 business day.
Usually, it is estimated to take around 2 to 5 business days to reach the customer, if the customer’s place of residence is not the United Kingdom and United States of America.
The shipping cost of the purchase you made may also vary depending on your place of residence.
Unfortunately, the purchase that has been made cannot be canceled. This is because of the system’s automatic structure. When your purchase is approved, the system will label the products and send them to the shipping procedure.
